Butyl rubber flooring roll for gyms

PAV HD MIX is our anti-slip and shockproof flooring for gyms; made from 100% butyl rubber, it has a fine grain texture and a smooth, compact surface.
This professional product is totally waterproof and it is characterized by high density, great flexibility and resistance; it is also easy to clean.

Available in a special colour mixing red, grey and black, PAV HD MIX makes your rooms unique and original. Grey, red and black components vary each time, according to the percentage of granules within a specific mixture. Contact us if you want detailed information about tailored solutions.

USE

PAV HD MIX is the ideal solution in case the rubber flooring is installed on a solid surface (such as raw and resin industrial floors).
For boxing rooms and fitness areas where barbells are not used, the correct thickness of the floor is 4 or 6 mm. For weights rooms where barbells and heavy equipment are used, it is better to opt for 8mm PAV HD MIX.
As for crossfit areas, we suggest 10mm PAV HD MIX; it is designed to absorb any bumps of the barbells bouncing on the ground. In case of particularly heavy weights, we recommend to complete the thickness with our GOMMA FIT INDOOR SQUARE tiles.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

This product can be washed with regular detergents or floor cleaners. It doesn’t require any maintenance. It is resistant to mould and bacteria. However, on the first washings we recommend to use a vacuum cleaner –so as to remove surface residues– and a mop. If the area is large, use a carpet steamer or a scrubber dryer.
